Generally overhauled Plate Processors

Most of the plate processors we give a general overhaul are based on the Mercury Mk5 and V6 platform of Kodak, Kodak Polychrome Graphics and Horsell.

All machines - independent of year of manufacturing and condition - will be completely dismantled, carefully cleaned and all of the sheet metal parts painted. All movable parts - like motors, pumps, rollers, brushes, bushes and chains - will always be replaced. Also tubes, fittings and valves are renewed. Plastic parts like guides and bearing blocks will be replaced if necessary.

All the machines have to pass a three-day-test procedure. Our Mercury processors are in compliance with the state of the art. The rinse system is set to direct-to-drain. We think only this method ensures a proper and stable production. Conductivity measurement is not standard because most of positive working plates and belonging chemistry are not designed for conductivity control.

We give six month warranty on parts for overhauled machines. Parts on subject to wear are excepted as well as chemistry related issues.

We set new standards with all this great expenditure for used machines!
